Pitch Slam Expression of Interest

Please fill the form below and submit the Power Point presentation slides at the latest by the 25th August at 13:00 CEST.

Please read the following INSTRUCTIONS in order to present at the event:

All pitches will last a maximum of 3 minutes. We will NOT deviate from this strict timing and the pitch will be stopped if it goes overtime.
Speakers will be able to present a maximum of 4 slides (including title slide/acknowledgement/contacts, if used).
Send your Power Point presentation slides in the standard 16:9 slide aspect ratio format at the latest by the 25th August at 13:00 CEST. Slides will not be accepted after this deadline and there will be no extensions.
One question might be asked after the presentation and we invite the presenter to give a clear and concise answer.
Please arrive at the event at 14:05 when the order of presenters will be communicated. Where feasible, the presenter is asked to be available for the full length of the event, 02 Sep 2025 @ 14:45-16:15. Room location will be available on the final GA2025 programme.

After sending the form, you will be led to the blank form again, but you will see the information “Your submission was successful.”
